De man vertoonde bij het ‘schoenincident’ een opvallend snel reactievermogen en lenige ontwijkingtechniek, dat ik bijna denk dat het allemaal in scène gezet was.

Waarom kwam hij verbaal dan zo klungelig uit de hoek, vooral zonder autocue? Bij zijn nakende afscheid nog eens wat citaten van president en fabulant George W. Bush.

Ze komen van het internet—vrijplaats voor complottheorieën, halve en hele onwaarheden, vermoedens, onoordeelkundige meningen, agitprop, roddel en achterklap—dus ik sta niet in voor de juistheid.
